Dr. Neil Pennock
DProf, MMus, MA, BSc, FMusVCM, FFSC, LGSMD(P), ALCM, DipVCM(TESol)(Hons), MCertNMSM.
Neil started to work in corporate finance (UK and Chile) before focusing on language education. His Doctorate in Educational and Arts Management is put to good use as a teacher, schools’ consultant, university academic supervisor and organiser of cultural activities in Italy and abroad.

Paul Sylvester
MSc, BSc, PgDip
Paul lives close to London and has a background in astrophysics and computer science. He worked in Neil’s teaching team at a school in Hertfordshire, UK and is now a valuable part of our English language team.

Kristina Koval
MA, BA, DipVCM(TESoL)
Kristina was born in Estonia and moved to the USA at the age of 9, so she is bilingual English and Russian. After she graduated from the University of Washington, she moved to Italy in 2018. Kristina works with individual students, but also runs different business courses for groups of professionals.

Petra
Petra was born and raised in the city of Dortmund in Germany and after graduating, she decided to perfect her study of the Italian and English languages at the University for Foreigners of Florence. Petra has worked in the tourism sector, in the international transport sector with a specific focus on translation and interpreting between English, German and Italian. Petra also continues to teach English and German to students of all levels and ages.

Diego Betancor
Diego was born in Argentina, has lived in Italy and now resides in Madrid. He is a true multilinguist and, as well as teaching languages, works as a multimedia producer and marketing consultant.
Riccardo
Asian language manager
Riccardo has a Bachelor’s Degree in The Culture and Society of Asia and The Africa Mediterranean. He studied in China in 2019 and 2021 in the University of Changchun (吉林外国语大学). He has also studied the technique of teaching Asian Languages. Riccardo’s skills extend to the planning and management of multiple Asian Language specialists.

Karen
Karen was born in Mexico City and moved to Italy in 2019. After taking a Diploma for teaching Spanish as foreign language at UNAM, she started giving conversation lessons. My experience includes teaching privately at university level. She has studied a Master’s Degree Program in Global Politic Relations at Macerata University and she worked for an American company using her Italian, English, and Spanish language skills.

Lorenzo
Lorenzo was born in Italy. When he was 3 years old, he moved to Madrid where he lived for 10 years. He kept studying Spanish through high school and, after his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, he returned to Madrid where he gained his Master’s Degree. Currently he is living and working in Madrid.

Hayet
Born in Tunisia, Hayet studied in Tunisia, Italy and in Switzerland. After travelling around the world, she settled in Italy. Hayet’s love for foreign culture and people helped her to choose a career mainly in the hospitality industry for translation and language tutoring.
Portuguese
Marisa
Marisa is a Brazilian teacher who has been living in Italy for four years. After earning her degree in Language and Literature from USP (Universidade de São Paulo), she started to explore her passion for teaching English and Portuguese as a second language for Italians. She also holds the Cambridge CELTA certificate.
Moldovan
Dorina
Dorina was born in Moldova and she spent most of her childhood there. At the age of 10 she moved to Marche, Italy where she is now based. She has studied at the Università di Economia e Commercio in Ancona and enjoys combining her language skills with finance. Every year Dorina goes back to her hometown where she spends the summer with her relatives.

Ornela
Ornela was born in Albania and has dual Albanian/Italian residency. After studying at Macerata University, she has worked extensively for courts in the Marche region, predominantly in Ancona and Macerata as a translator and mediator.
Greek
Stella
Stella was born in the USA and bilingual Greek/American and moved to Marche, Italy in 2017. Her teaching experience started 10 years ago, teaching privately and working with companies as a Greek/Italian translator.
Romanian
Elena
Elena was born in Floresti, Romania and since 1998, has worked for the courts in Rimini as a translator, interpreter and cultural mediator, as well as for the immigration service.
Philippine
Arlene
Arlene was born in Davao City, Philippines and attended the University of Mondanao where she gained a Bachelor of Science with a major in marketing. She has significant experience in the catering industry around the world, and in financial recording, including being a partner in her own company in the UK, where she moved to in 2004.
French / Dutch
Liselotte
Liselotte lives in Belgium, one of the smallest countries in Europe, and is a bilingual Dutch/French speaker as well as being fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. Liselotte uses French and Dutch daily during her work and particularly enjoys working with university-level students to enhance their language capabilities.

The Nuova Stenoflash by Sonia Sansolini & Anna Lisa Balestrieri has been operating since 1998 and specialises in transcriptions for legal and technical use. The original background of the company is closely linked to writing, which characterises the working method, proposing a flexible and highly qualified format also through live stenotyping. Accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality are the cornerstones of what we do.
Rosella
Rosella graduated in Liceo Classico, gained a degree with honours within the medical sector and then worked in research for two years in the Institute of Normal Human Morphology of Medicine, University in Ancona. Rosella now gives private lessons in every subject of High School and proof reads for University theses.

Lucia was born and raised in Marche, Italy and, as her mother is German, was brought up to be bilingual. She has therefore always had a strong interest in foreign languages and graduated in Linguistic Sciences at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.

Deborah is a native English speaker, bilingual in English and Spanish and is currently living in London. She has many years’ experience of teaching university students as she is a lecturer in Psychology, and enjoys speaking in English and Spanish with those who wish to improve their language abilities.

Tiara
Tiara was born in the United States and grew up in Tijuana, Mexico, giving her the opportunity to become bilingual in English and Spanish. She has taught both languages and also tutored young learners in English. She holds a Music degree and is currently studying for another degree in Cultural Management.

Emma is a Seattle native. After graduating from the University of Washington’s Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies, she moved to Japan. There, Emma taught conversational English at a private school for 3 years. She is fluent in Japanese and Korean, and currently studying Italian. Emma looks forward to working with students of all levels.
Swedish
Linnéa
Born and raised in Sweden, Linnéa lived 1 year abroad in the US and speaks fluent Swedish and English. She has been working within the optics industry as a consultant and makeup artist. Linnéa also works as a teacher/translator and loves to challenge herself which is why she is now developing herself as a Swedish language teacher.

My name is Charlotte Pellei, I am a native French speaker and graduated in foreign languages and literature (Master’s Degree in French and Spanish). I taught children and adults both in a language school in Matelica (Mc) and with private lessons. I am registered in the Register of Translators and Interpreters and I have carried out translations for the court of Macerata.

I have graduated in Languages and Science of Languages in Venice. During my studies, I taught Sign Language at various levels and also studied cultural advice surrounding the deaf community. For LIS, I have worked for companies and individuals to bridge ensure that the deaf community are not disadvantaged.
