Neil has wide experience in both corporate finance (London and Chile) and teaching (UK and Italy). For over two years, he has focused on developing the English skills of Italians for business, university study and for anyone that wants to learn or improve their language skills.
Chloe is a native English speaker from the United Kingdom. She has worked in dentistry previously and is now a practicing psychotherapist – something that goes hand-in-hand with teaching. I especially like conversing with local people and always enjoy connecting with students who relish speaking about a wide variety of topics whilst targeting the intricacies of the English language.
Paul lives close to London and has a background in astrophysics and computer science. He worked in Neil’s teaching team at a school in Hertfordshire, UK and is now a valuable part of our English language team.
Born in Estonia, I am a native Russian speaker. I lived in the United States since I was 9 years old and therefore I am bilingual in American. After graduating from the University of Washington and working in the US, I moved to Italy in 2018. I have experience tutoring students to perfect their language skills, improving their pronunciation, and preparing them for language exams.
Petra was born and raised in the city of Dortmund in Germany and after graduating, she decided to perfect her study of the Italian and English languages at the University for Foreigners of Florence. Petra has worked in the tourism sector, in the international transport sector with a specific focus on translation and interpreting between English, German and Italian. Petra also continues to teach English and German to students of all levels and ages.
I have graduated in Languages and Science of Languages in Venice. During my studies, I taught Sign Language at various levels and also studied cultural advice surrounding the deaf community. For LIS, I have worked for companies and individuals to bridge ensure that the deaf community are not disadvantaged.
Riccardo has a Bachelor’s Degree in The Culture and Society of Asia and The Africa Mediterranean. He studied in China in 2019 and 2021 in the University of Changchun (吉林外国语大学). He has also studied the technique of teaching Asian Languages. Riccardo’s skills extend to the planning and management of multiple Asian Language specialists.
Karen was born in Mexico City and moved to Italy in 2019. After taking a Diploma for teaching Spanish as foreign language at UNAM, she started giving conversation lessons. My experience includes teaching privately at university level. She has studied a Master’s Degree Program in Global Politic Relations at Macerata University and she worked for an American company using her Italian, English, and Spanish language skills.
Lorenzo was born in Italy. When he was 3 years old, he moved to Madrid where he lived for 10 years. He kept studying Spanish through high school and, after his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, he returned to Madrid where he gained his Master’s Degree. Currently he is living and working in Madrid.
Born in Tunisia, Hayet studied in Tunisia, Italy and in Switzerland. After travelling around the world, she settled in Italy. Hayet’s love for foreign culture and people helped her to choose a career mainly in the hospitality industry for translation and language tutoring.
Marisa is a Brazilian teacher who has been living in Italy for four years. After earning her degree in Language and Literature from USP (Universidade de São Paulo), she started to explore her passion for teaching English and Portuguese as a second language for Italians. She also holds the Cambridge CELTA certificate.
Dorina was born in Moldova and she spent most of her childhood there. At the age of 10 she moved to Marche, Italy where she is now based. She has studied at the Università di Economia e Commercio in Ancona and enjoys combining her language skills with finance. Every year Dorina goes back to her hometown where she spends the summer with her relatives.
Anna has a degree in law and experience in business and legal consulting in Varsavia, in the insurance sector (Generali, Zurich). She is the co-founder of Firmissima platform (export management to and from Poland), international correspondent, freelance journalist and linguistic-cultural mediator. Since 2015 she directed a school of Polish cultural and language ANDERS. She has also received a country honour from the Polish Government.
Ornela was born in Albania and has dual Albanian/Italian residency. After studying at Macerata University, she has worked extensively for courts in the Marche region, predominantly in Ancona and Macerata as a translator and mediator.
Stella was born in the USA and bilingual Greek/American and moved to Marche, Italy in 2017. Her teaching experience started 10 years ago, teaching privately and working with companies as a Greek/Italian translator.
Elena was born in Floresti, Romania and since 1998, has worked for the courts in Rimini as a translator, interpreter and cultural mediator, as well as for the immigration service.
Arlene was born in Davao City, Philippines and attended the University of Mondanao where she gained a Bachelor of Science with a major in marketing. She has significant experience in the catering industry around the world, and in financial recording, including being a partner in her own company in the UK, where she moved to in 2004.
The Nuova Stenoflash by Sonia Sansolini & Anna Lisa Balestrieri has been operating since 1998 and specialises in transcriptions for legal and technical use. The original background of the company is closely linked to writing, which characterises the working method, proposing a flexible and highly qualified format also through live stenotyping. Accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality are the cornerstones of what we do.
Emma is a Seattle native. After graduating from the University of Washington’s Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies, she moved to Japan. There, Emma taught conversational English at a private school for 3 years. She is fluent in Japanese and Korean, and currently studying Italian. Emma looks forward to working with students of all levels.
Born and raised in Sweden, Linnéa lived 1 year abroad in the US and speaks fluent Swedish and English. She has been working within the optics industry as a consultant and makeup artist. Linnéa also works as a teacher/translator and loves to challenge herself which is why she is now developing herself as a Swedish language teacher.
My name is Charlotte Pellei, I am a native French speaker and graduated in foreign languages and literature (Master’s Degree in French and Spanish). I taught children and adults both in a language school in Matelica (Mc) and with private lessons. I am registered in the Register of Translators and Interpreters and I have carried out translations for the court of Macerata.
